Bootjack Lake

Situated on the outfall of a mountain lake in Montana, this vacation retreat for an avid outdoorsman and his family is modeled after the old Fishing Camps that used to dot the region. The home is conceived of as a grouping of four distinct cabins, each of which is sited to take advantage of distinct views. Three of these – the Kids’ cabin, Public Cabin and Owners’ cabin are connected by low-roofed portals. The fourth cabin, for guests, is situated by itself, above and beyond the main cluster of cabins.
